• Inspect all components we import and distribute (mainly from EU) required for converting standard gasoline on- road, vehicle engines to run on propane. Among those are LP tanks, lines & fittings, pressure relief valves, pressure bleeders, shot off valves, fill gauges, fill-in valves, multi valves, adapters, vaporizers, injectors and rails. Also various solenoids, modules and brackets.
• Perform initial testing and analysis of components to verify quantity and quality as well as compliance with NFPA 58, DOT and EPA rules and regulations:
  • visual assessment of individual components for signs of alteration, fractures, abrasions, damage, traces of aging of materials, etc
  • validation and labeling compliance of elements
  • measuring with a micrometer of thickness of examined elements assuring for a number of elements of a batch of at least 3 points with an accuracy of 0.01 mm. using Poly-Cal digital caliper and digital weight scale
  • Analysis of corrosion resistance working with required solutions
  • Analysis of hardness using Vicersa IN-HV450 for ultrasonic method or DYNA TH-1100
  • LP tank testing using volumetric expansion method and proof pressure testing
• Compare results of testing with the standards
